Here’s my entry for the LGAL Tarot, Mystics, and Occult exhibition (artist line-up is here)
78 cards, 78 artists with each card randomly assigned to each artist (mine is the 10 of pentacles, I know that’s painfully obvious…. I hope.)
If you’re in Minneapolis in October seeing the show would be a MUST! But if you can’t they’ll be selling prints and decks of cards online as well <3

Oh woooooooooooow, this is so mind-blowingly gorgeous, gyah! I love the stiffness to those wirey strands, it's just a perfect touch with the crispness of her clothing ooohhhhhhhh then all those incredible billowing folds of her gown, I just, I get lost in that wonderful gradient near the bottom~ *_*
A-And and the birds in her hat! BIRDS IN HER HAT!! ♥♥♥

... why does this have so few comments? I like the composition of this piece, with all the strands cascading out from her - like her skirt billowing out underneath, and that ribbon around her neck, and her hair. Her hair must've taken forever! Love the detail that went into drawing and coloring each curl. I also love the way all the stripes on the shirt follow the folds on her shirt. Your lines in general just look so chunky and organic, it's a quality I really like in your work.
Also I only just noticed the dead birds on the hat, wow! Awesome touch, I love their rigid poses and the decorative way the wings are sticking out from the hat. This will look great in the exhibition!

Oh gosh, the hand with the scissors is fantastic! As are the birds tied into her hat and I want her vest and shirt. Super cool!
